Lyubov Gorbacheva cooks surprising cheeses since 2013.
Several years she read books about cheese making, communicated with masters in Russia and abroad, listened to advices of farmers, studied traditions of cheese making since far times. But everybody knows that, the quality of cheese depends not only on work of the master, but also on milk.

On farm Lyubov makes cheese only of fresh whole cow and goat milk.
